Since beginning practice, Ms. Jiang has handled several hundred civil and commercial litigation cases, including various contract disputes, labour disputes and marriage and inheritance disputes. She previously handled legal compliance and labour and personnel management at a real estate company under Hutchison Whampoa; participated in legal due diligence for several corporate M&A projects and in shareholding reform, restructuring and bankruptcy liquidation; and handled administrative penalties, administrative reconsideration and litigation at a district forestry bureau.
