SGLA Chengdu Office, originally known as Sichuan Juheng Law Firm, was established on June 6, 2013. In September 2021, upon the official approval of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice, it was wholly absorbed and merged into the SGLA Chengdu Office.

SGLA Chengdu Office operates from its own exclusive office building spanning over 7,000 square meters. The premises feature specialized layouts including a Private Enterprise Legal Service Center, Lawyer Mediation Studio, and Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation Room. It is also equipped with supporting facilities such as Legal Joy Coffee, Tianping·Ruoshui Bookhouse, a Moot Court, and a Training and Lecture Center, collectively building a comprehensive, one-stop "Legal Industry Service Center" that integrates legal services, legal education, office meetings, and legal exchanges.

As of July 2025, SGLA Chengdu Office has 46 partners and 218 practicing lawyers. Including trainee lawyers, assistants, and other staff, the firm has a total of over 300 personnel. The Plenary Partners Meeting serves as the highest decision-making body. The firm has a standing Management Committee and an Executive Committee, alongside multiple specialized committees (including Strategy, Brand, Professional Development, and Finance) and a Management Committee Secretariat. It has also established a Young Lawyers Working Committee with 11 subordinate youth activity groups.

The firm regards professional development as its foundation, striving to comprehensively meet the diverse needs of all clients.
