· Represented Jin XX in an equity transfer dispute with a Japanese Fortune 500 enterprise (amount in dispute: RMB 400 million); the case won a Commercial Arbitration and Litigation Award.

· Represented Yang XX in a private lending dispute with Jiang XX (amount in dispute: RMB 4 million); the case went through first instance, second instance, retrial at first instance after remand and second instance after remand, and ultimately all of Jiang XX's claims were dismissed, achieving a good litigation outcome.

· Represented Guangzhou Jiadi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in a contract dispute with She XX (amount in dispute: RMB 6 million), and ultimately all of She XX's claims were dismissed, achieving a good litigation outcome.

· Represented Guangzhou Jiadi Xindu Development Co., Ltd. in a contract dispute with Guangzhou Haijian Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (amount in dispute: RMB 7.9 million), and ultimately achieved a good litigation outcome.
