Ms. Huang received her LL.B. degree and LL.M. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law, as well as a LL.M. degree in corporate law field from New York University School of Law. Ms. Huang has been admitted to practice Chinese law since 2014, and passed the US New York bar exam in 2021. Ms. Huang is also qualified to engage in private equity investment business.
Ms. Huang has rich experience in the area of cross-border merger and acquisition and represented many renowned multinational companies, funds in their equity or asset acquisition, merger or restructuring in China. She provided full-range legal services to clients including structural design, due diligence, drafting of legal documents and communication with PRC government departments. Ms. Huang also advised general corporate matters for many multinational companies.
