SGLA represents the first attempt at the N + 1 model in China's legal profession. This model allows for close, diversified, long-term partnerships between multiple firms under one brand based on mutual recognition in management concepts, business standards, and strategic planning. Following the regional market development theory, SGLA takes the provincial and municipal offices as the “first-level branches” and part of the SGLA brand jointly run by our co-founders. Promoting the Rule of Law

Among the more than 1,000 SGLA lawyers, dozens have been frequently elected to serve in the people's congress and the people's political consultative conference at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, and more than 100 lawyers have held positions in local legal associations, promoting the all-round development of the legal business; Many SGLA offices have been deeply involved in the drafting and legislative consultation of the Amendment to the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China(Draft), the Amendment to the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China (Draft), the Amendment to the Charity Law, the Revised Energy Law (Draft for Review), the Legal Aid Law (Draft for Consultation), and various other laws and regulations.

SGLA Law Firm is headquartered in Shanghai and set its first batch of national offices across key regional cities including Shanghai，Chongqing, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Chengdu, Kunming,Dalian,Tianjin,Nanchang, Zhengzhou,Haikou,Wuhan and Lanzhou.
