Case

Represented a property insurance company in serial credit insurance policy disputes against the policy-holder concerning a financial leasing contract with a dispute amount of 100 million RMB.

Advised an insurance company on the settlement of insurance claims concerning the 8·12 Tianjin Explosion in 2015 with claims amount of 1 billion RMB.

Represented PICC in the subrogation against an enterprise development company with a dispute amount of 380 million RMB.

Represented Cathay Insurance in a reinsurance dispute against Yong An Insurance. The case was heard in Xi’an Intermediate People's Court, Shanxi High People’s Cout and reheard in the Supreme People’s Court. The case promoted the court to formally confirm the principle of Follow the Fortune Clauses in China.

Represented Kunmin Steel Trading Co., to successfully handled a complex dispute against Cinda Securities on a securities transaction, which involved both criminal and civil proceedings that had lasted for over 10 years.

Represented Zhonghai Fund in its securities misrepresentation dispute against the bond insurer and the accounting firm with a dispute amount of RMB 50 million.

Represented Zhonghai Trust in a partnership agreement dispute against a subsidiary of China Railway Construction Group with a dispute amount of RMB 200 million.

Represented Zhonghai Trust in a business trust dispute against Guanghui LNG Development company with a dispute amount of RMB 300 million.

Represented an individual Li in an equity investment contract dispute against Jieying Investment company with a dispute amount of RMB 60 million.
