The case was heard in Xi’an Intermediate People's Court, Shanxi High People’s Cout and reheard in the Supreme People’s Court. The case promoted the court to formally confirm the principle of Follow the Fortune Clauses in China.
Represented Kunmin Steel Trading Co., to successfully handled a complex dispute against Cinda Securities on a securities transaction, which involved both criminal and civil proceedings that had lasted for over 10 years.
