Harry Wu started his practice as a lawyer in 2014. He has been engaged in providing professional legal services in Investment Funds, Securities, Insurance and Corporate areas.
Harry has obtained securities practice and fund practice qualifications. He is highly experienced in dealing with legal affairs concerning trust, securities, fund and other asset management and investment. Harry has served many famous trusts and securities companies in Shanghai on a long-term basis. The typical case involved a trust products breaching dispute worth over CNY 400 million yuan. Harry effectively recovered full investment amount for the client in just half a month.

Harry has long served domestic and foreign insurance companies, intermediary companies and insurance consumers. With extensive experience, he specializes in handling various complex cases including insurance contract disputes, insurance recovery claims, insurance litigation and arbitration, reinsurance, etc. In a reinsurance contract dispute between two domestic insurance companies, he successfully promoted the Supreme People's Court to formally confirm the Principle of follow the fortune clauses for first time in China. Harry also participated in several well-known claim settlement cases concerning the 8.12 explosion in Tianjin with a total subject amount of nearly 1 billion yuan.
