Eve Fang has worked in Shanghai Maritime Court for 7 years before she became a lawyer. As a judge, Eve has handled plenty of commercial disputes, including a number of complex foreign-related cases with large amount in dispute. Case

-Represented a large state-owned enterprise group in the Hanjin bankruptcy issue in the global asset recovery, including the preservation of ships, containers and company equity, and successfully recovered 170 million yuan of debt for the client in the litigation proceedings in China;

-Assisted overseas financial companies dealing with various new types of cross-border financial and commercial disputes, domestic guarantee disputes involving investment in overseas financial projects, analysis of legal attributes of credit enhancement documents such as letters of maintenance, foreign exchange control and taxation in cross-border settlement plans, etc;

-Assisted a domestic fund entity (limited partnership structure) dealing with a cross-border fund dispute involving more than 4 billion yuan in cross-border fund disputes, involving the equity structure and trust structure of multiple investment projects at home and abroad, and obtained a full victory in litigation in Shanghai court;

-Provided legal services related to state-owned enterprise compliance and mixed reform for a subsidiary of large state-owned enterprise groups, including the establishment of compliance system, special review of compliance, due diligence of mixed reform projects, the issuance of legal opinions and continuous provision of compliance risk database updates, etc;

-Assisted a number of securities companies dealing with disputes related to stock pledge repurchase issues of listed companies. The subject matter of the cases ranged from RMB 100 million to RMB 100 million.
